- The Exhibit Hall is the CENTER of the Conference. With the exception of lunch and the general sessions, all the breakout sessions are taking place in the rooms surrounding the exhibit hall.
- There will be an official exhibit hall GRAND OPENING immediately following the opening day general session. This will be a dedicated hour long session with no other scheduled agenda items except for fun brought to the attendees by YOU!
- Longer lunches with no speakers to encourage eating and networking with the attendees and exhibitors.
- Exhibitor Booth Contest – We will be raffling off great prizes (please let us know if you have any prize donations) to attendees that vote for their favorite exhibitor booth. What does this mean for you? Get in the spirit of the western theme, have a ho-down in your booth, square dance lessons, a game of horse shoes or maybe have a country version of Guitar Hero…Anything fun that will encourage you, our valued vendors, to start building those lasting relationships with our fantastic attendees.
- Expanded Sponsorship opportunities to help you maximize your exposure including an evening Social. This event is being scheduled and advertised now to all attendees as part of the full conference package.
- An exclusive and private tour of the Exhibit Hall for the SHREC members to meet one on one with you our 2010 Event Partners. (SHREC is a by invitation only local SHRM chapter that caters the top HR Directors and HR VP’s of the Valley)
